Yes! Depending on weather and we will ship to FedEx Hub. We carefully monitor temperatures to ensure animals travel safely and will delay shipping if conditions aren’t ideal.

What do your snakes eat?
Our snakes eat mice or rats. We prefer to feed rats due to them having a higher nutritional value. We have snakes eating Live and snakes eating Frozen Thawed
Are they established feeders?
Absolutely. We do not sell hatchlings that haven’t proven themselves. Each ball python is fed consistently and must take multiple consecutive meals on its own before being listed as available. We track feeding closely to ensure every animal is healthy, strong, and confidently eating before going to a new home. Our goal is for your new snake to settle in and continue eating without stress.
Do you know where I can buy feeders?
Yes. If you’re local to the St. Charles or St. Louis area, there are several great small businesses we trust and recommend for feeder rodents and reptile supplies.

These shops carry frozen-thawed and live rats and mice feeders as well as insects, supplies, and knowledgeable staff who can help you get what you need.

Do you use heat mats or lamps?
Both. Hatchlings and juveniles are kept on regulated belly heat, while larger snakes use overhead heat lamps or ceramic heat emitters. Crested geckos typically do not require supplemental heat. All heating is thermostat controlled for safety
Do you sell to beginners?
Yes, absolutely. Many ball pythons and crested geckos make excellent first reptiles when set up correctly. We love helping new keepers get started and are always happy to walk through enclosure setup, heating, feeding, and care before you bring your animal home. Our goal is to make sure every reptile goes to a prepared, confident owner, so we may ask a few questions about your setup and experience to help guide you toward the right species and the right individual. We believe education and support matter just as much as the sale, and we’re always here to help after you bring your reptile home.
Do you offer education visits?
Yes. Education is a big part of what we do. We offer guidance on reptile care, enclosure setup, and bioactive habitats, and we may be available for small group or classroom educational visits. Reach out to discuss options.
What payments do you take?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards through Square, PayPal Goods & Services, Venmo, Cash App, and secure checkout through MorphMarket. Full payment is required before pickup or shipment.
How do I reserve an animal?
All available reptiles are listed on our MorphMarket store, click Available Reptiles above to go to our page. You can message us there or contact us directly with questions. MorphMarket provides secure communication and buyer protection to make the process easy and safe.
Do you offer guarantees or refunds?
Yes. We guarantee that all animals leave our care healthy, feeding, and accurately represented. If there is a health concern upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or video so we can evaluate the situation and work toward a fair solution. Because reptiles are live animals and husbandry varies once they leave our care, we cannot offer refunds for issues related to setup, stress, feeding changes, or buyer’s remorse. Our goal is always to communicate and make things right when possible. Full details are outlined in our sales agreement.
Do you have a sales agreement or terms?
Yes. All purchases are covered by our Live Animal Sales Agreement. Please review it before purchasing.
Can I visit and see the animals in person?
For the safety and biosecurity of our animals, we do not offer open visits. However, we’re always happy to share photos, videos, and answer questions to help you feel confident in your purchase or you can catch us at an Expo.
Do you provide support after purchase?
Absolutely. We’re always happy to help with setup questions, feeding concerns, or general care advice even after your reptile goes home. Our goal is long-term success for both you and your animal.
